Salon & Spa Policies

CANCELLATION POLICY:

We ask for all cancellations to be made a minimum of 48 hours prior to your scheduled appointment. If a cancellation is not made within the specified timeframe, we will charge the credit card on file of 50% of the service scheduled. If we do not have your credit card on file, we will add the charge to your next scheduled appointment.

NO SHOW APPOINTMENTS:

If you do not show to your scheduled appointment and do not give any notice to your stylist, we will charge the credit card on file for 100% of your scheduled appointment. If we do not have a credit card on file, an invoice will be sent and be required to be paid in full before another appointment can be scheduled.

CHILDREN & EXTRA GUESTS:
While we love creating a welcoming environment, we kindly ask that you come to your scheduled appointment alone.
Here at Bellamane Salon we are dedicated to creating a luxury, relaxing experience just for you. As much as we love your little ones, we remain a child-free salon as it is a liability for us.
We understand that finding a babysitter can be challenging, so if you are unable to find someone to watch your child/children we kindly request that you reschedule your appointment. This way you can fully enjoy your salon experience without any distraction.
If your child/children have an appointment at the salon, it is important that they are accompanied by an adult at all times and absolutely must remain in the reception area unless in the stylist’s chair.

PERSONAL ITEMS:
Bellamane Salon is not responsible for loss or damage to personal items.

GIFT VOUCHERS:
Gift vouchers cannot be exchanged for cash, nor will cash be given in exchange for unused balances. They may only be used with the stylist specified.

RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE:
Our salon staff has the right to refuse service to anyone behaving improperly, intoxicated, or if their state of health may influence the effects of their service.
If you are sick, we ask that you reschedule your appointment or you may be asked to leave upon arrival.
